November was quite a busy month for us starting with the Wales rally GB, Brett and Jill came down to Bristol on the Thursday to spend two days chasing cars. On the Saturday we caught Stage 13 – Margam Park, then headed off to the beach for some kiting before heading off to the super stage in Cardiff. The weekend before Ian’s birthday Ian got an early birthday pressie in the form of a flight to Edinburgh, where to his surprise Mike was there for the ‘boys’ weekend. I used this time to go to Germany to see productronica, Europe’s largest electronics trade show, being in Munich meant I could catch up with Richard & Kiki and we had a great time (some of which was spent recovering from a big night out) For Ian’s birthday we went out to dinner at the ‘Clifton sausage bar & restaurant’ which was lovely even impressed Ian!
